Deadline set for those interested in Emerging Artists Program at Grand Forks Art Fest Press Pass Archive

Budding artists with a passion to share their work but little or no exhibition experience are encouraged to apply for the Emerging Artists Program at the Grand Cities Art Fest 2011. Applications are currently available online at www.novac.org until the submission deadline on April 15. The Grand Cities Art Fest will be held on Saturday, June 11, through Sunday June 12 in Grand Forks and East Grand Forks.
